1. Kirish

• The Silliq boshlash function ensures a gradual and gentle activation, preventing ingredients from splashing out of the bowl, especially at lower speeds.
• Adjust the speed as needed during mixing. Higher speeds are generally for whipping and aerating, while lower speeds are for gentle mixing and kneading.

5.3 Recommended Usage for Attachments

• Tel ko'pirtirish: Use for light mixtures such as egg whites, cream, meringues, and thin batters. Start at low speed and gradually increase.
• Yassi urish vositasi: Use for medium to heavy mixtures like cakes, cookies, pastries, and mashed potatoes.
• Xamir ilgagi: Use for kneading yeast doughs for bread, pizza, and pasta. Use at low speeds (1-3) to avoid overworking the motor.
• Flexible Edge Beater: Ideal for thoroughly mixing ingredients, especially sticky batters, without stopping to scrape the bowl.

5.4 Foydalanishdan keyin

1. Turn the speed control lever to '0' (off) and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
2. Tilt the motor head back using the release lever.
3. Remove the attachment by pushing up and rotating clockwise.
4. Remove the mixing bowl by twisting it counter-clockwise.
5. Clean all parts as described in the Maintenance and Cleaning section.
