This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient use, setup, operation, and maintenance of your APS 12225 Stainless Steel Polished Chafing Dish with Temperature Regulator. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use and retain it for future reference.

The APS 12225 chafing dish is designed for keeping food warm at desired temperatures, suitable for various catering and serving environments. It features a durable stainless steel construction, a deep pan, a lid holder, and an adjustable temperature regulator for precise heat control.

4. Sozlash

2. Tozalash: Before first use, wash the food pan, water pan, and lid with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp mato.
3. Joylashtirish: Position the stainless steel frame on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure it is close enough to a grounded 230V power outlet.
4. Assemble Water Pan: Place the water pan into the stainless steel frame.
5. Suv qo'shing: Fill the water pan with approximately 1-2 inches of hot water. Using hot water will reduce the initial heating time. Ortiqcha to'ldirmang.
6. Place Food Pan: Insert the deep food pan, containing your prepared food, into the water pan.
7. Attach Lid Holder: If desired, attach the lid holder to the side of the frame for convenient lid placement during serving.
8. Muqova: Place the lid on the food pan.

5. Operatsiya

2. Haroratni sozlash: Turn the temperature regulator knob to your desired heat setting. The unit has an adjustable thermostatic regulation to maintain food at a safe serving temperature.

4. Xizmat ko'rsatish: When serving, carefully lift the lid using its handle and place it on the lid holder. Replace the lid promptly after serving to maintain heat.
5. Suv darajasini kuzatish: Periodically check the water level in the water pan. If it gets low, carefully add more hot water to the water pan to prevent the heating element from running dry.
6. O'chirish; yopish: After use, turn the temperature regulator knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the unit from the power outlet.
