Physical Features and Components

The Mitel Aastra 6869i features a large color display and a comprehensive set of keys for efficient communication. Refer to the image below for a visual guide to the phone's components.

O'rnatish uchun qo'llanma

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Stol tagligini o'rnating: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.

5. Connect Headset (Optional): If using a headset, plug it into the dedicated headset port on the phone (marked with a headset icon).
6. Dastlabki yuklash: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

Advanced Call Functions

• O‘tkazma: Faol qo'ng'iroq paytida tugmasini bosing Xfer (Transfer) soft key or dedicated Transfer button. Dial the transfer destination number, then press the Transfer yana yumshoq tugma.
• Konferentsiya: Faol qo'ng'iroq paytida tugmasini bosing Konf (Conference) soft key or dedicated Conference button. Dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press the Konf soft key again to join all parties.

Using the Display and Soft Keys

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Ovozli pochta

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Ovozli pochta button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Katalog/Kontaktlar

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Katalog soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Tering soft key to initiate a call.

Ovozni boshqarish

Adjust the volume during a call using the Ovozni oshirish va Ovozni pasaytirish buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.

Xizmat

• Disconnect the phone from power before cleaning.
