The THINKCAR ThinkDiag Mini is a compact and versatile On-Board Diagnostics (OBD2) scanner designed for vehicle owners and technicians. It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet, providing comprehensive diagnostic capabilities for various vehicle systems. This manual provides instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your ThinkDiag Mini device.
2. Mahsulot tugadiview
The ThinkDiag Mini device is a small, portable unit that plugs directly into your vehicle's OBD2 port. It communicates with your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, allowing access to vehicle diagnostic information through the dedicated THINKCAR application.

The device is designed to perform full system diagnoses, covering various electronic control units (ECUs) within the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, the engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, and other critical systems. It supports over 120 car makes and 100,000+ vehicle models, working for all OBD-II and EOBD cars after 1996. The app also supports 11+ languages.

The ThinkDiag Mini supports standard OBD-II functions, enabling users to read and clear trouble codes, view live data streams, perform I/M readiness tests, and access other essential diagnostic information. The device operates with a free app, includes unlimited OEM data, and has no in-app purchases or subscription fees.

3. O'rnatish bo'yicha ko'rsatmalar
3.1. Qurilmani o'rnatish
- Locate the OBD2 port in your vehicle. This port is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side.
- Plug the ThinkDiag Mini device firmly into the OBD2 port. Ensure a secure connection.
- Once connected, the device's power indicator light should illuminate.
3.2. Ilovani o'rnatish va ulash
- Download the official THINKCAR app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices).
- Open the app and register for an account if you are a new user.
- Turn on your vehicle's ignition (engine off).

- Within the THINKCAR app, follow the prompts to search for and pair with your ThinkDiag Mini device. The device's serial number (SN) is located on the unit itself and may be required for activation. An activation code might also be provided in the instruction booklet.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth signal light on the device should indicate a successful connection.

4.1. Performing a Full System Diagnostic Scan
- Ensure the ThinkDiag Mini is connected to the vehicle's OBD2 port and paired with your smartphone/tablet.
- Open the THINKCAR app.
- Navigate to the "Car All Systems Diagnostic" section.
- Initiate a full system scan. The app will communicate with all accessible ECUs to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and live data.
- Review the diagnostic report generated by the app. This report will detail any detected issues and their corresponding codes.
4.2. Using OBD-II Functions
The app provides access to standard OBD-II functions:
- Read Trouble Codes: Displays current, pending, and permanent diagnostic trouble codes.
- Muammo kodlarini tozalash: Erases DTCs from the vehicle's computer. This will turn off the Check Engine Light (MIL).

The ThinkDiag Mini allows for real-time monitoring of vehicle data. This data can be displayed in various formats, including graphs, to help diagnose intermittent issues or verify repairs. Diagnostic reports can be generated and saved, often in PDF format, for record-keeping or sharing.
