For espresso, the ESP pitch is finer and the adjusting disk is more precise, making it suitable for very fine grinds. Experiment with settings to find your preferred coarseness for different brewing methods.

3.1 Loading Coffee Beans
Open the top cover of the grinder. Add your desired amount of whole coffee beans into the hopper. The grinder has a capacity suitable for single servings or small batches.

Attach the handle to the top of the grinder. Hold the grinder firmly with one hand and rotate the handle clockwise with the other. Once grinding is complete, unscrew the bottom collection chamber. The freshly ground coffee is now ready for brewing.
