After setting the cooking time and temperature, press the rotisserie button on the control panel to activate the rotation. This ensures even cooking and browning.

The transparent viewing window allows you to monitor cooking progress without opening the door, which helps maintain consistent cooking temperature. Press the light button on the control panel to illuminate the interior of the cooking chamber for better visibility.
