This manual provides essential instructions for the safe operation, maintenance, and care of your YASHE Electric Slicer, Model SL-5230D23C. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.
The YASHE Electric Slicer is designed for home use to slice various foods such as meat, cheese, bread, and vegetables. It features a 200W DC motor, dual 19CM stainless steel blades (serrated and smooth), and an adjustable slicing thickness from 0 to 15mm.

Sozlash; o'rnatish

- Food Carriage and Pusher Assembly:
- Slide the food carriage onto its rail until it locks into position.
- Place the food pusher onto the food carriage.
- Joylashtirish: Place the slicer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. The non-slip suction feet will help secure the unit.

The YASHE Electric Slicer features a powerful yet quiet 200W DC motor for efficient slicing.
- Ovqat tayyorlang: Ensure food items are appropriately sized to fit on the food carriage. For best results, chill meats and cheeses before slicing.
- Qalinligini sozlash: Use the thickness adjustment knob to select your desired slice thickness, ranging from 0mm (paper-thin) to 15mm (thick).
3-rasm: The thickness adjustment knob allows precise control over slice thickness from 0-15mm, suitable for various food types. - Ovqatlanish joyi: Place the food item firmly against the food carriage and the food pusher.
- Yoqilgan: Plug the slicer into a grounded electrical outlet. Simultaneously press the safety lock and the power button to activate the slicer.
4-rasm: Safety features include the food pusher to protect hands, the safety lock switch for activation, and non-slip suction feet for stability. - Kesish: While the blade is rotating, gently push the food carriage forward and backward, guiding the food against the rotating blade with the food pusher. Collect sliced food in the food tray.
- Pichoqni tanlash:
5-rasm: The slicer comes with two 19CM stainless steel blades: a serrated blade for frozen or fresh meat, and a smooth blade for cheese, bread, vegetables, and fruit. - Tishli pichoq: Best for slicing bread, tougher meats, or items with a crust.
- Smooth Blade: Ideal for precise, thin slices of deli meats, cheeses, and softer vegetables.
- O'chirish: After slicing, release the power button and unplug the appliance.
Xizmat va tozalash
Muntazam tozalash optimal ishlashni ta'minlaydi va kesgichning ishlash muddatini uzaytiradi. Tozalashdan oldin har doim jihozni elektr tarmog'idan uzing.
- Ajratish:

- Carefully unlock and remove the blade by turning the central locking mechanism counter-clockwise. Handle the blade by its center to avoid direct contact with the sharp edge.
- Remove the food carriage and food pusher.
- Remove the sliding bar if necessary for thorough cleaning.
- Tozalash qismlari:
- Wash the blades, food carriage, food pusher, and food tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent rust.

- Reassembly and Storage:
