To charge the blind, connect it to a standard USB-C 5V power supply via a USB-C cable. The LED light will flash green while charging and stay solid green when the battery is fully charged.
Hold the program button for 10 seconds to delete the connection between the blind and the app. The LED will light up 5 times and the blind will step up and down once to indicate that the connection is reset.
End positions can be pre-programmed in the Eve app during setup, or manually set using the chain and motor buttons. Pull the chain to the desired position and hold the motor button until the blind moves up and down to save your position.
Controlling Eve MotionBlinds directly from your smartphone does not require a bridge or a cloud hookup. However, if you want to operate them away from home or via automated schedules, you will need a smart home hub like an Apple HomePod mini or Apple TV.
