NIKKO support FAQ
Ushbu brend uchun qo'llanmalar, ro'yxatdan o'tish va qo'llab-quvvatlash haqida umumiy savollar.
-
How do I pair my Nikko RC vehicle with the controller?
Assess that the vehicle is charged and in the OFF position. Turn the vehicle switch to ON, then immediately turn on the controller (or press a button on it). The system usually links automatically. If the wheels do not turn, remove the batteries from both units and repeat the process.
-
What do I do if my Nikko RC car drives straight but travels to the left or right?
You need to adjust the Steering Trim (ST.W). Locate the trim lever or knob (often on the bottom of the vehicle or on the remote) and adjust it left or right until the front wheels are aligned straight.
-
How long does it take to charge the Nikko battery?
Using the provided USB charger, a full charge typically takes between 60 and 90 minutes. The red light on the vehicle or charger usually indicates charging status and turns off when complete.
-
My Nikko vehicle is not moving. What should I check?
Check that the power switch is ON, the batteries are fully charged and inserted with correct polarity, and that the controller is successfully paired with the vehicle. Also, ensure the metal contact tabs in the battery compartment are not rusty or dirty.
